Preparing for your first magnetism session
A few simple tips to arrive at your first magnetism session in good conditions, in the practice or at home for a remote session.
Before the session
- See your doctor if a pain is new or persistent. Magnetism is complementary, never a replacement.
- Keep following your treatments, without changing anything.
- Think about your request: what brings you? A pain, a period of stress, a need to catch your breath?
- Avoid a heavy meal just before, and wear comfortable clothes.
For a remote session
- Choose a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
- Switch off phone notifications, except WhatsApp to talk with Julien.
- Settle comfortably, seated or lying down.
- Keep your time zone in mind when setting the time.
During the session
Let go. There is nothing to do or to achieve. Close your eyes if you wish and breathe calmly. Some people feel warmth or tingling, others nothing in particular: everything is normal.
After the session
- Drink water and rest if you feel the need.
- Do not plan intense activity right after.
- Note what you felt in the following days, it is useful if you come back.
