I am a recovering alcoholic. This is my story.

I would rather you hear it from me: I am a recovering alcoholic. I have not had a drink for nine years. It is the most important decision of my life, and it changed everything.

A brain that amplifies everything

My brain has always amplified everything. Ideas, emotions, connections, and alcohol too. Where others found a slight relaxation, I found a tidal wave. It was not a weakness of character: it was a sounding board that resonated too loud.

I am considered to have a high intellectual potential, probably with a bit of ADHD and other particularities, although I dislike labels. And I wonder whether brains wired this way feel alcohol more intensely, more deeply: a neurological amplification, not a moral weakness. It is only a personal reflection.

The choice

Nine years ago I chose to stop drinking. I kept the amplifier and cut out the poison. I renew that choice every day: one day at a time.

What happened afterwards

All the manifestations I talk about on this site, what I perceive, my presence with the people I receive, my practice of magnetism, developed and grew stronger after I chose to stop drinking. What I carry, wherever it comes from, was there. But it was in the clarity of sobriety that it could fully unfold.

I am not saying one explains the other for everyone, and I make no scientific claim. I am telling you what I lived, simply and honestly.

Since then, everything this brain amplifies is life itself: my projects, my records, the people I meet, the roads to elsewhere, Thailand, Bali. At full power, without a filter, without the fog.

Nine years of clarity. And this is only the beginning.

Why I tell you

Because trust is built on truth. Because you cannot support someone while hiding who you are. And because if you or someone close to you lives with alcohol, you should know that there is a way out and that this path is possible.

What I am, and what I am not

I am not a doctor, an addiction specialist or a psychologist. I am an energy healer. My work is not a treatment for alcoholism and I promise no result on this subject. Stopping alcohol should be supported by a health professional: abrupt withdrawal can be dangerous.
