3. Nature of the activity

Magnetism and Energy offers magnetism sessions (energy-based support), in person in Montrevault-sur-Èvre or remotely. This is a wellbeing practice and not a medical act. Julien Richaudeau is neither a doctor nor a healthcare professional. He makes no diagnosis, prescribes nothing and never changes a treatment. No result is guaranteed.

Magnetism never replaces a medical appointment. See your doctor before any session and never change or stop a prescribed treatment. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe).

4. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, graphics and structure of this site belong to Julien Richaudeau unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. Customer reviews

The reviews shown on this site were published by their authors on the Google listing “Julien Richaudeau Magnétiseur - Énergéticien”. They are reproduced as published, with the text unchanged (in French, the original language); only surnames are shortened to an initial. Google itself states that reviews are not verified. This is a selection: some reviews are not reproduced here, in particular those mentioning a specific health condition, out of respect for the non-medical framework of this practice. All reviews remain available on Google. The rating shown is Google's at the date indicated. Reviews are individual experiences and guarantee no result.

6. Personal data

Controller: Julien Richaudeau (details above).

Data collected: name, phone number, content of WhatsApp messages, chosen time slot, session type (in person or remote), time zone, and payment data processed by SumUp (this site never has access to it).

Purposes and legal bases: organising and delivering the booked session (performance of a contract); bookkeeping (legal obligation); answering your requests (legitimate interest).

Health data: you are under no obligation to share health information. If you choose to, it is sensitive data (GDPR article 9): it is used only for the session, with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time, and is never passed to third parties.

Recipients: Julien Richaudeau; strictly necessary processors: SumUp (payment), WhatsApp / Meta (messaging), Netlify (hosting). No data is sold or shared for marketing. Some providers are located outside the EU (notably in the USA) and rely on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Retention: messages and appointment details: 3 years after last contact; accounting records: 10 years.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, write to Julien Richaudeau (WhatsApp or the email above); you will get an answer within one month. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. Only the host's technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) are kept for security.

8. Consumer mediation
