Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope
These terms and conditions of sale govern every booking of a session with Julien Richaudeau, trading as “Magnetism and Energy” (identity and contact details in the legal notice), by a customer acting as a consumer. Booking and paying for a session means full acceptance of these terms, which the customer ticks before payment.
2. Services
An individual magnetism session (energy-based support): adult session, child session or energy boost session (a session to get your energy back, same content and same price as the adult session), either in person (33 rue du Commerce, 49110 Montrevault-sur-Èvre, France) or remotely, anywhere in the world, via WhatsApp. Duration and practical details are given when the appointment is arranged.
3. Nature of the service: no promise of results
The session is a wellbeing practice and not a medical act. Julien Richaudeau is neither a doctor nor a healthcare professional: he makes no diagnosis, prescribes nothing and changes no treatment. He has an obligation of means, never of result. The customer confirms having seen a doctor about any health problem, agrees to keep following medical care and never to stop a prescribed treatment. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe). Testimonials published on this site are individual experiences, not a promise or guarantee.
4. Prices
Adult session: €60. Child session: €30. Energy boost session: €60. Prices are in euros, all taxes included, and identical in person and remotely. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The publisher charges no extra fees; any cost of your own connection or calls is yours.
5. Booking and payment
Booking is online: the customer picks the session (adult, child or energy boost), ticks acceptance of these terms, then pays online by card or mobile wallet on SumUp's secure page. The contract is concluded once payment is validated; SumUp sends a payment receipt. The customer then messages Julien on WhatsApp to set the day and time; the session takes place at the slot confirmed by message. Card data never passes through this site.
6. Appointments, rescheduling and cancellation
The customer may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed slot; the session is then rescheduled or fully refunded, at the customer's choice. After that deadline, or in case of a no-show, the session is due and not refunded, except for justified force majeure. If Julien Richaudeau must cancel, he offers a new slot or fully refunds the session.
7. Right of withdrawal
Principle. The customer has 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason.
Performance before the end of the period. To receive a session quickly, the customer expressly asks, when booking, that the session start before the withdrawal period ends. If the customer withdraws after the session has started, they pay a proportionate amount for what has been provided up to the time they notify their decision.
Fully performed session. If the session is fully performed before the end of the period, at the customer's express request and after acknowledging the loss of the right of withdrawal, the customer can no longer withdraw. This acknowledgement is collected by the checkbox before payment.
How to withdraw. By an unambiguous statement sent to Julien Richaudeau (email or WhatsApp, details in the legal notice), optionally using the form below. Amounts due are refunded within 14 days of the decision, using the same payment method.

8. Child sessions
The child session is booked and paid by a parent or legal guardian, who consents to the session and remains responsible for the child, including remotely, where an adult must stay available during the session. Minors cannot book alone.
9. Remote sessions
The customer must be reachable on WhatsApp at the agreed time, in a quiet place. Times are agreed taking the customer's time zone into account. A session missed by the customer (outside the cancellation period) remains due.
10. Liability
Within the limits allowed by law, the publisher's liability is limited to direct, foreseeable and proven damage, and cannot be engaged for lack of result, the service being a wellbeing practice that does not replace medical follow-up. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights under the law, nor liability for personal injury.
11. Personal data
Customer data is processed as described in the “Personal data” section of the legal notice.
12. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, first write to Julien Richaudeau. 13. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or when the damage occurred, or before the publisher's courts. A consumer living outside France keeps the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence.
14. Changes
The terms applicable are those in force on the date of booking. The publisher may change them at any time for future bookings.
