I work with energy, in the practice and remotely. Here, concretely, is what my work covers, on two levels: the body and the heart.
For the body
Many people come because of a pain that is settling in:
- back, neck, lower back, sciatica;
- tendons, sprains, joints;
- muscle tension and long-standing pain;
- physical fatigue and lack of energy.
My idea is simple: where pain settles in, energy no longer flows. Alongside medicine, of course, energy work can bring an improvement, or not: no result is guaranteed. See back, lower back, neck and sciatica, tendinitis, sprain.
For the heart
- stress, anxiety, exhaustion;
- grief, separation, emotional blocks;
- anxious, restless or burdened children;
- the need to refocus.

How I work
I always start by listening. Then I work with energy, in person or remotely, without necessarily needing to lay my hands on you. Each session is a time of listening and presence. Discover what happens in a session.

Adults (€60), children (€30), and also animals and elite athletes.
